WYOMING, Mich. \u2014 Two individuals were injured early Saturday morning when a vehicle crashed into an apartment complex in Wyoming. The incident occurred at approximately 1:35 a.m. on 30th Street SW, near Byron Center Avenue.<\/p>\n

According to the Wyoming Police Department, the driver of the vehicle sustained serious injuries, though they were not considered life-threatening. A person inside the apartment complex also suffered minor injuries and was transported to the hospital for treatment.<\/p>\n

Authorities believe that alcohol may have played a role in the crash, though the investigation is still ongoing.<\/p>\n

The crash caused significant structural damage to the building, leading several apartment units to be deemed unsafe. Displaced residents have been contacted by the American Red Cross for assistance.<\/p>\n

To help stabilize the building, the vehicle was left at the scene until additional support arrived.<\/p>\n
