OSHTEMO TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Authorities are investigating a domestic dispute that reportedly turned violent at an apartment complex in Oshtemo Township. The Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call around 1 p.m. on Tuesday regarding a possible stabbing incident on Drake Road, near Skyridge Avenue.

Upon arrival, deputies discovered that all involved parties had already left the scene. However, witnesses provided details that suggested a chaotic altercation had taken place. According to the sheriff’s office, two men were reportedly pepper-sprayed, and one of them was allegedly stabbed by a woman from Kalamazoo.

Although deputies found what they described as “evidence of an assault” at the scene, they did not specify the nature of the evidence. The sheriff’s office immediately began efforts to contact the alleged victim of the stabbing. However, officials stated that the man did not cooperate with the investigation.

No further details have been released about the identities of those involved or the exact circumstances surrounding the incident. The Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate the situation, and anyone with information is encouraged to come forward.

At this time, no arrests have been made, and the investigation remains ongoing.
