MUSKEGON TOWNSHIP, Mich. — A serious crash in Muskegon Township on Wednesday evening sent two people to the hospital with serious injuries after they were thrown from their vehicle.
The incident occurred around 4:15 p.m. on northbound US-31, just north of the Holton Road exit. According to Muskegon County dispatch, two individuals were ejected from the vehicle and suffered serious injuries. A third person involved in the crash was also injured, though their condition has not been disclosed.
Authorities temporarily closed northbound US-31 at Apple Avenue to investigate the crash scene. The road was later reopened after the investigation was completed.
