WYOMING, MI – A man has been arrested in connection with a deadly assault that took place in Wyoming on January 29. The Wyoming Police Department responded to reports of the attack in the 3700 block of Byron Center Avenue SW at around 6:10 p.m.

Upon arrival, officers found 57-year-old David Goron, a Wyoming resident, suffering from severe injuries. Goron was quickly transported to a nearby hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.

Authorities have not yet released the identity of the suspect but confirmed that an arrest was made shortly after the assault. The investigation is ongoing as police work to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.

At this time, officials have not disclosed whether the assault was random or targeted, nor have they released additional details about the relationship between the suspect and the victim.

The Wyoming Police Department has urged anyone with information about the case to come forward.
