Serious Crash in Muskegon Township Leaves Two People Injured

MUSKEGON TOWNSHIP, Mich. — A serious crash in Muskegon Township on Wednesday evening sent two people to the hospital with serious injuries after they were thrown from their vehicle.

The incident occurred around 4:15 p.m. on northbound US-31, just north of the Holton Road exit. According to Muskegon County dispatch, two individuals were ejected from the vehicle and suffered serious injuries. A third person involved in the crash was also injured, though their condition has not been disclosed.

Authorities temporarily closed northbound US-31 at Apple Avenue to investigate the crash scene. The road was later reopened after the investigation was completed.

At this time, authorities have not released details about the cause of the crash, and the identities of those involved have not been made public. The incident remains under investigation.

Motorists are advised to stay alert for any further updates regarding the crash.
